However, for cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments, your deposit will not be refunded. In the unlikely event that your massage therapist cannot make the session, your deposit will be fully refunded. This cancellation policy helps manage the schedule effectively and ensures that the therapists' time is respected. When you book an appointment, that time slot is reserved specifically for you.
