Your deposit is fully refundable if you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. For cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or missed appointments, your deposit will not be refunded.

Please call if you're running late. Depending on the day's schedule, it may be possible to accommodate you with a shortened session (at the full session price) or it may be necessary to reschedule. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a missed appointment.

Plans change, and that's understood. You can reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance at no charge. In the unlikely event that your massage therapist cannot make the session, your deposit will be fully refunded.
