What To Expect During Your First Visit at 33 North Massage
Your first appointment includes a thoughtful intake, a conversation about your goals and concerns, and a customized bodywork session tailored to your needs in a professional, comfortable setting.
✨ What Can I Expect During My First Visit?
Your first visit is designed to feel welcoming, thoughtful, and completely personalized. We’ll begin with a brief intake and conversation about your wellness goals, areas of concern, current tension patterns, and anything you’d like me to focus on during your session.
From there, your treatment is customized to meet your body’s needs that day. Depending on your goals, your session may incorporate deep tissue work, myofascial techniques, trigger point therapy, and other hands-on bodywork approaches to help release tension, improve mobility, and support overall relaxation.
You can expect a professional, comfortable environment where your comfort and communication matter. I’ll check in as needed throughout the session to make sure pressure, focus areas, and pacing feel right for you.
After your appointment, I may offer simple aftercare suggestions—such as hydration, rest, stretching, or follow-up recommendations—so you can continue supporting your results between visits.
If you have questions before your first appointment, feel free to reach out. The goal is for you to feel informed, at ease, and cared for from the moment you arrive.
