Emergencies happen. In case of medical emergencies or exceptional circumstances, please contact me as soon as possible. These situations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Your deposit is fully refundable if you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. For cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or missed appointments, your deposit will not be refunded.

Please call if you're running late. Depending on the day's schedule, it may be possible to accommodate you with a shortened session (at the full session price) or it may be necessary to reschedule. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a missed appointment.

Plans change, and that's understood. You can reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance at no charge. However, for cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments, your deposit will not be refunded. In the unlikely event that your massage therapist cannot make the session, your deposit will be fully refunded. This cancellation policy helps manage the schedule effectively and ensures that the therapists' time is respected. When you book an appointment, that time slot is reserved specifically for you.
