Appointments can be reserved online through the booking page. If you’re unsure where to begin, reaching out before booking is always welcome.

Emergencies happen. In case of medical emergencies or exceptional circumstances, please contact me as soon as possible. These situations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Your deposit is fully refundable if you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. For cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or missed appointments, your deposit will not be refunded.

Please call if you're running late. Depending on the day's schedule, it may be possible to accommodate you with a shortened session (at the full session price) or it may be necessary to reschedule. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a missed appointment.

Plans change, and that's understood. You can reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance at no charge. However, for cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments, your deposit will not be refunded. In the unlikely event that your massage therapist cannot make the session, your deposit will be fully refunded. This cancellation policy helps manage the schedule effectively and ensures that the therapists' time is respected. When you book an appointment, that time slot is reserved specifically for you.

33 North Massage is rooted in intentional care, personalized attention, and a calm, professional experience designed to help you feel restored. Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all treatment, each session is shaped around your body, your needs, and the kind of support that allows you to return to yourself more fully.

That depends on the level of support your body needs. Some clients return monthly as part of a wellness ritual, while others come more regularly during times of increased stress, physical demand, or recovery. Recommendations can be made based on your goals and lifestyle.

Your first appointment includes a thoughtful intake, a conversation about your goals and concerns, and a customized bodywork session tailored to your needs in a professional, comfortable setting.

33 North Massage offers personalized, therapeutic bodywork tailored to each client’s needs, blending intuitive care with skilled technique to relieve tension, restore balance, and support overall well-being. The experience is calm, restorative, and intentionally designed to help clients feel cared for, relaxed, and renewed.

Prepare for your massage with a little intention: hydrate well, eat light, arrive on time, and share any health concerns or preferences before your session. Avoid heavy meals, alcohol, and intense workouts right beforehand so your body can fully relax and receive the treatment.
